CONSTRUCTION APPLICATIONS:

High quality stabilizations allow construction directly on the stabilized soil. The steel construction then needs to be fixed in the GeoCrete® stabilized soil using chemical anchors. Excavation of soil and the construction of foundations using steel reinforcements will not be necessary. Even in areas where the soil has a very low bearing capacity which would make the usage of concrete poles necessary, a GeoCrete® stabilization can be applied. The GeoCrete® stabilized layer will act as a bearing plate and transfer the loads to a large area and thus minimizing bulging and setting of the construction.
